Privacy policy
Effective 11 August 2026
The short version
BabyDays is designed to keep your newborn care log private. Feeding, pumping, nappy and profile data are stored locally on your device. BabyDays has no account system, advertising or analytics SDK.
Data you enter
The app stores the baby and caregiver names you choose, care-log entries, preferences and reminder settings on your device. This data is used only to provide the tracker, history, reminders, backup export and on-device insights. It is not uploaded to a BabyDays server.
Purchases
Apple processes the one-time in-app purchase. RevenueCat, our purchase infrastructure provider, may receive an anonymous app user identifier, App Store receipt and purchase status so BabyDays can unlock and restore lifetime access. BabyDays does not receive your full payment-card details.
Notifications
If you enable a feed reminder, iOS schedules it locally. You can disable notifications in BabyDays or iOS Settings at any time.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Care logs stay until you delete entries, remove the app, or replace them by restoring a local backup. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records according to their own legal and operational requirements.
Children’s privacy
BabyDays is a tool for parents and caregivers and is not directed to children. It does not ask a child to create an account or submit information.
Your choices
- Edit or delete entries inside the app.
- Export a local backup from Settings.
- Remove locally stored data by deleting the app.
- Restore a prior purchase using Apple’s App Store receipt.
