BabyDays Support

Terms and conditions

Effective 18 August 2026

By downloading or using BabyDays, these terms apply. Please read them. BabyDays is made by Gianluca Lo Vecchio (operating as BabyDays), and the app, its name and its design belong to us. You may not copy, modify, extract the source code, translate, or make derivative versions of the app without permission.

BabyDays is not medical advice

BabyDays is a diary. It records what you tell it and shows it back to you. It does not diagnose anything, it does not decide whether your baby is feeding, sleeping or growing enough, and none of its summaries, averages or charts are a medical opinion. Every baby is different, and only a doctor, midwife or health visitor who can see your baby can tell you whether something is normal.

If you are worried about your baby, contact a health professional or your local emergency service. Do not wait on, or act on, what the app shows.

What BabyDays costs

When the included entries are used, saved information remains readable and exportable and nothing is charged automatically. Purchases can be restored on another iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Apple, not BabyDays, processes payments and handles refunds for in-app purchases. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits the refund or cancellation rights your local consumer law gives you.

Apple's own terms

BabyDays is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your copy of the app, and applies where it conflicts with anything here. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Your account, and sharing with a partner

You do not need an account to use BabyDays. One is created only if you choose to share a care log with a partner, and it is identified by your email address and a one-time code — there is no password. Keep access to that inbox secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

The person who creates a household can remove other members from it. Removing someone stops their phone from syncing; entries they already logged stay in the household's log, because that log belongs to the family rather than to whoever typed it. Anyone can leave a household at any time, and anyone can delete their account from inside the app — see account deletion.

Please use sharing only with people who are entitled to see your baby's care log, and do not use BabyDays to store information about someone else's child without their knowledge.

Your entries are yours

What you record stays yours. We do not sell it, mine it, or use it to train anything. Settings can export a full copy of your log at any time, in a portable format, whether or not you have paid.

Availability and updates

Most of BabyDays works with no connection at all. Partner sharing needs one, and your mobile provider's charges apply — including roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have permission to use the app on it.

We may change or update the app, and system requirements may change with it, so you may need to install updates to keep using it. We may also stop offering BabyDays. If that happens your existing entries stay on your iPhone and can still be exported.

Liability

BabyDays is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from relying wholly on the app's functionality, including loss caused by a device failing, running out of battery, or being lost. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Ending these terms

These terms apply until ended by you or by us. You can end them by deleting the app. On termination, the licence granted here stops and you must stop using BabyDays.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page, with a new effective date. Continuing to use BabyDays after a change means the updated terms apply.
